Your brand, made in our factories. JY Jewellery is a Hong Kong private label jewellery manufacturer for brands, boutiques, retailers and online sellers. We produce gold-plated and silver fashion jewellery under your name in our own factories in China and Thailand. Bring a finished design, a sketch or just a reference photo, or start from our in-house collections. Either way, the finished pieces carry your brand, not ours.
Private label means we make the jewellery and you sell it as your own. Whether you call it private label jewellery or private label jewelry, there are two ways in:
OEM: you have the design. Send CAD files, PDFs, hand-drawn sketches, or a verbal brief with reference photographs. Our craftsmen turn it into consistent, production-ready pieces. This is the route for brands that already design in-house and need a reliable OEM jewellery manufacturer.
ODM: you need a design. Choose pieces from our in-house collections and customise them, or brief our design team on the trend you want to lead. We develop new jewellery regularly and can advise on what's coming next.
Many buyers combine the two: OEM for signature pieces, ODM to fill out a range quickly. Your designs and briefs are handled in confidence, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you share designs or commercial details. Once you place an order for a design, that design is exclusive to you: we will not sell it to anyone else. Read more about both routes on Capabilities.
Send a brief. Email us or use the contact page with whatever you have: CAD, sketches, a reference photo, or the pieces you liked in our collections. Tell us the product types and roughly what you need. We typically reply within one business day.
Design and CAD. Our design team refines the brief, and sketches become precise 3D CAD so proportions, stone seats and findings are agreed before anything is made.
Sampling. Wax models can be 3D-printed in hours, then cast, finished and plated, so you can approve a physical sample before bulk.
Production. Approved designs go into production in our own factories: wax, lost-wax casting, stone setting, polishing and in-house plating, with quality control throughout.
Delivery. Finished pieces are made to your order and shipped to you, ready to sell under your brand.

As a custom jewellery manufacturer, we start from your brand, not a fixed catalogue. Customisation is available on enquiry, and typically covers:
Your brand mark. Laser engraving of your logo or brand name is done in house.
Design and proportions. Adjust size, scale, profile and detailing, whether the starting point is your design or one of ours.
Plating and finish. In-house galvanic plating in white gold, 18K gold or rose gold, with a choice of plating microns. Hammered finishes and enamel are also available in house.
Stones and materials. Cubic zirconia setting, freshwater or faux pearls according to the brief, and components such as chain, ceramic, glass and semi-precious stones sourced through our long-standing supplier network.
