Hong Kong company. Own factories in China and Thailand. 15+ years.

Our passion is jewellery.

JY-Jewellery is a Hong Kong company with its own production factories in China and Thailand and more than 15 years in fashion jewellery. We are certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (member 0000 5470).

We work with jewellery brands across Hong Kong, China, and Thailand — especially online retailers who need express production. From a confirmed order through 3D drawing, wax, casting, setting, polishing, and plating. Express timelines from 14 days.

Quality materials, skilled craftspeople, and a rigorous quality-control process produce pieces that last. We also work with a network of component manufacturers, so we can source chain, ceramic, glass, freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, and other materials at competitive prices.

You design, we produce

Design starts with a spark. We welcome CAD files, PDFs, hand-drawn sketches, or a verbal brief with reference photographs. Our craftsmen translate those into tangible, repeatable pieces — from first sample through bulk.

Or start from our collections

If you do not yet have a design, choose from in-house collections and customise them. We develop jewellery regularly. Our design team can advise on upcoming trends so your line stays ahead of the market.

Manufacturing

Stages of production

A typical express path runs design → CAD → wax → casting → setting → polishing → plating. Timelines depend on design complexity, materials, and finish. Laser engraving of your brand mark, enamel, hammered finishes, and a choice of plating microns are available in house.

  1. Hand-drawn ring design sketches used at the start of JY-Jewellery production.1

    Designs

Our design team follows fashion media, retail, and jewellery circles, then works with you to turn a brief into a market-ready piece.

  2. CAD rendering of a ring prepared for prototyping.2

    CAD

Sketches become precise 3D CAD, so proportions, stone seats, and findings are agreed before wax is grown.

  3. 3D-printed wax ring samples on a printer bed.3

    3D wax print

Once files are ready, wax models can be printed in hours — far faster than waiting on a traditional mould for a first sample.

  4. Wax and metal casting trees of jewellery components in the factory.4

    Casting

Lost-wax casting fills jewellery-shaped voids with molten metal. Pieces are then cut from the tree and sent for finishing.

Wax model

Craftsmen still hand-carve fine detail into wax. A master is used to make a rubber mould that can yield thousands of wax replicas.

Wax injection

Rubber moulds are injected to produce consistent wax copies for production runs.

Wax jewellery trees prepared for casting.

Wax tree

Replicas are sprued onto a branching tree so many pieces can be cast in one pour.

Jewellery components prepared for cubic zirconia setting.

CZ setting

Bails, hinges, and other findings are placed with care. Cubic zirconia is set in the metal.

Polishing jewellery to a high lustre.

Polishing

Pieces are buffed through successive compounds until the surface holds a high lustre.

In-house plating

Galvanic plating in white gold, 18K gold, or rose gold — with a choice of microns — is done in house.

Responsible production

Certified member

Responsible Jewellery Council

JY-Jewellery is an RJC certified member (0000 5470). RJC is the leading standard for responsible practice across the watch and jewellery supply chain.

REACH compliance

Restricted substances

Pieces are made to meet the European Union’s REACH regulation, which restricts nickel, lead, and cadmium in jewellery that an end customer can reasonably touch.

Made to order

No surplus stock

We produce handcrafted jewellery on demand from our own factories in China and Thailand. Making to order means we listen to actual demand instead of creating unnecessary inventory.

Factory practices

Metal scrap from the factory is recycled back into the system. A filtering system collects gold dust so it can be reused. Soft plastics, cards, papers, and courier packaging are reused or recycled where possible.

Materials & packing

We work with long-term suppliers for chain, findings, and stones, and we use freshwater pearls or faux pearls according to the brief. Biodegradable packing bags and FSC-certified paper are available on request — mention what you need in your quote message.
